Our Retirement Pty Ltd is a boutique financial planning

business based in Brisbane.

We provide strategic advice on securing long-term, annually indexed retirement income.

Although we operate in a complex financial world, the service we offer is simple.

Our service is boutique which means that we do not provide off-the-shelf solutions. Every client is unique and every sustainable retirement income strategy we design is unique.  

Placing our clients first is ingrained in the way we conduct our business. 

We do not receive commissions, incentives or charge outrageous brokerage fees. All our fees are transparent and disclosed in greater detail than required under the new FOFA Regulations

We are a privately owned advisory firm with no financial association with any bank, fund manager or financial product provider. Our history of providing clients with unique retirement income strategies dates back to 1986.

Our Retirement Pty Ltd provides financial advice to clients in Brisbane. We also regularly travel to visit clients on the Gold and Sunshine Coasts, and west to Toowoomba. We also make regular trips to visit clients who have moved interstate.

A very high proportion of our clients have been referred to us by existing clients - a fact that speaks for itself.

Service Standards and Business Practices:

Central to the relationship that we have with our clients is the standard of service we provide.

Having confidence in us is a prerequisite to having confidence in your retirement income strategy.

We provide all our clients with a written copy of our Service Standards as part of their Statement of Advice (SoA).

Our SoA's are unique as are our retirement income strategies - all of which are well documented and easy to understand.

We believe that the level of service that we provide for our clients can never be too good. We ensure that all our clients know in advance when their next review date will be, how long it will take and what we will provide.

Running a paperless office gives us the ability to provide our clients with the fastest and most efficient service. All our documentation is secured electronically.

At your request, we can deliver electronic copies of your complete file to your accountant, lawyer or to you - without the need for us to get back to our office.

This also means that we have the ability to provide you with a full financial planning service at all times. Via the Internet we have access to all our software, client records and research. Should you want information regarding your retirement strategy, investments, what-if scenarios or account balances, we can provide you with a comprehensive and accurate answer almost immediately.

All our clients have online access to their own records via independent major financial institutions.

To reduce our clients' communication costs, we encourage them to contact us online. This includes requesting and arranging meetings between scheduled reviews contacting us with their queries and general communications.

We will readily make ourselves available to meet our clients and their family outside normal working hours. This includes weekends and most public holidays.
